We want you to love your purchase. If, for some reason, you only like it, return your bed within 100 days of delivery for a full refund. The item must be returned in as-new condition, with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit. We’ll also need a proof of purchase.
Once you’ve collected everything, please contact us via email or phone. We’ll send you a prepaid return label and all the instructions you need to arrange a FedEx pickup.
After we receive the bed, we’ll refund your original form of payment within 2-3 business days.
